The strongest [Upfluence feature] is their ability to [filter] influencers by criteria. Unfortunately, they lack automated email sequencing. Organizing lists and campaigns is very clunky. The UI isn't very well optimized and is confusing [to] navigate. But the biggest issue...is the inability to edit campaigns once they are set up. There's no way to save your progress...you can easily lose all...progress if you don't complete the campaign setup all at one time. That led to a lot of time wasted when we would refresh a page or navigate away and have to start over.

The idea and functionality of the platform are great. However dealing with the customer support or technical issues is beyond painful. Billing and CX (customer service) just ignore all emails. The customer support is horrendous. Dealing with their IT when things are completely broken takes days to respond and then its always the same response that doesn't fix anything. Texting through the CX (customer service) chat all you get is one first contact response then crickets.
