Nope, we can automatically get mentions of your brand from influencers without them needing to authorize access to their accounts.

What are brand and hashtag monitors in your pricing?

In order to automatically capture your campaign media, we need to know which account usernames and hashtags you expect your influencers to mention. For instance, your campaign may be primarily based around mentions of @mightyscoutapp and/or media that hashtag #mightyscoutapp. Once you add these monitors, we can capture posts, stories, and videos that tag them.

Can MightyScout track all Instagram media tagging my brand, even if I don't specify which influencers will post?

Yes, this is our Social Listening tool and is perfect for brands who just want to monitor all incoming tagged media!

Are contracts long-term with MightyScout?

Nope, all of our plans are month-to-month. If the product isn't working well for your needs, we don't believe you should be locked into an annual contract.

Can I use MightyScout even if I represent a brand, not an agency?

Do you track metrics like impressions, engagement, and reach?

Yes. Acquiring this data will typically require your influencer to securely authenticate their account to get access to their audience demographics, media reach and impressions, and other metrics that are not normally public.

Do you support other platforms than Instagram (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, etc.)?

Yes, you can use MightyScout for influencer campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. We continue to expand into different platforms on an on-going basis.

Do you offer a free trial?

How does the Shopify/WooCommerce integration work?

You can connect your Shopify/WooCommerce store(s) to your MightyScout account. This allows us to calculate sales ROI data based on influencer coupon codes you use. These integrations also allow you to send products directly from the store to the influencer.

Do you offer any CRM/Outreach functionality?

No, but you can use lists to keep track of your influencers and export them as CSV to load into your CRM or Outreach tool.

My campaign is already running, can you get older data? Or can you get me data from a past campaign we've run?

Yes we can, however stories older than 24-hours won't be included since we can only track them before they expire.

What are the custom metrics included in your pricing?

This feature gives you the ability to have custom formulas that impact what data is shown in the report to reflect data that your agency is used to reporting. For example, if you wanted to automatically calculate estimated impressions or your media value in a different way, we can add that for you across all of your campaigns.
