About us:

MightyScout is a fully remote company working on an influencer marketing platform that hundreds of agencies and brands rely on. We power influencer campaigns for brands like Tonal, Monster, and Whoop to amplify their reach through influencers.

The team works from almost every continent, primarily in Asia, Europe, South America, and North America.

Your role:

This is a contract-to-hire role with the potential to transition into a full-time position (we are open to part-time candidates). You will be responsible for creating high-quality content that helps MightyScout grow its presence and authority in the influencer marketing and creator ecosystem. That means crafting engaging shortform video, longform pieces based on best practices, interviews with industry experts, and re-purposing content across multiple platforms—including a strategic focus on LinkedIn. You’ll manage multiple social channels, experiment with formats, and help us tell stories that resonate with people that work at PR & Influencer agencies, as well as e-commerce brands.

Responsibilities:
  • Produce and edit shortform content (TikToks, Shorts, and clips) to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Conduct and record interviews with creators, agencies, and thought leaders in the influencer marketing space.
  • Create longform video content that can be repurposed into shortform and social snippets.
  • Develop and execute a multi-platform distribution strategy (TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X).
  • Manage and post across MightyScout’s social channels, ensuring brand voice consistency and audience growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm campaigns, storytelling angles, and creative ideas.
  • Track performance analytics and report weekly on KPIs related to CPM, engagement, and attributed sales, using insights to continuously improve content output.
Requirements:
  • Have at least one social account with 50k+ followers.
  • Proven ability to create engaging shortform video content and adapt it for multiple platforms.
  • Strong interviewing skills—comfortable talking with industry leaders and turning conversations into compelling content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
  • Experience managing multiple social media accounts and understanding platform nuances.
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable analyzing reach, engagement, and content performance metrics.
  • Autonomous self-starter who thrives in a remote environment and can manage projects independently.
